Heat Treatment for Exports

We offer heat treatment services for export packaging on our facilities, with installed ovens in multiple parts of the country:

The Department of the Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), establishes the phytosanitary regulations for the use of the internationally recognized mark used on the wooden packaging for the international trade of goods and merchandises.
At DINC, we manufacture, heat treat, and certify custom crates and pallets to meet all export requirements and regulations.
Our heat treatment (HT) process consists on sustaining a high temperature for a specific period of time, whereby the interior of the wood to be treated reaches a minimum temperature of 56 ° C for a minimum period of 30 minutes continuously. This process is carried out inside a temperature controlled room, where temperature is recorded by sensors placed in multiple areas of the room. Each room has a forced hot air circulation system that keeps the temperature uniform. With this system it is possible to eliminate all insects that inhabit the interior of the material.
